After you schedule your Free Consultation with Dr. Pearson, you will receive our Welcome Packet in the mail. Complete the medical history form and bring any insurance card or information with to your visit. If you arrive just a few minutes early, you can help yourself to our coffee and beverage bar and take a quick tour of our friendly and comfortable office.
Your initial appointment will consist of:
- Digital x-rays at no charge. This will help Dr. Pearson evaluate growth and development of the teeth
- Facial Photos to help both you and Dr. Pearson visually discuss your features and any concerns
- A thorough clinical exam by Dr. Pearson
- Recommendations for treatment
- Answers to any of your questions
- Cost of treatment, if indicated, and what financial arrangements can be made, including how your insurance benefits will be handled.
What Next?
- If treatment is indicated, treatment can begin that day if you desire (no waiting necessary), or we will be happy to schedule your first appointment when it is convenient for you.
- If a child is not ready for treatment, he/she will be scheduled to return as needed (usually every six months) to monitor growth, tooth eruption and guidance until Dr. Pearson feels it is a good time developmentally to start treatment.
